Practice Focus & Experience
Ms. Wilson joined Nathans & Biddle, LLP as an associate attorney in 2015. Her primary focus is in federal and state criminal defense, white collar criminal defense, forfeiture, and fraud. Prior to joining Nathans & Biddle, Ms. Wilson spent a year as a post-graduate legal fellow at the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project in Washington, DC, where she worked to exonerate clients who had been wrongfully convicted. Before law school, Rachel worked as an AmeriCorps member in the Detroit Public Schools, tutoring and bringing resources and academic programs into K-8 schools.
Education:
Ms. Wilson earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law (2014), where she was an Associate Editor and Senior Editor on the Journal of International Law. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (2010).Employment & Experience:
